In using Swastimed’s service you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below-
1. Even though Swastimed shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves (in Swastimed’s absolute discretion) a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond Swatimed’s control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
2. Even though Swastimed shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Swastimed.
3. Swastimed shall have rights to cancel certain orders to avoid fraud as we need verification details some times to verify your transaction. If you are unable to provide those details in certain period then Swastimed may cancel your order.
4. Swastimed reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Swastimed reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
5. GST / VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of differentcountries and must be paid directly by the buyer. GST / VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
6. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely the buyer’s responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case-to-case basis.
7. Swastimed and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on this website. Access to this website does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Swastimed or any third party’s intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Swastimed. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Swastimed. You may not
modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Return Policy
2. In the likely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of item received.
3. We will have the product exchanged for the same product, as supplied, in case of any manufacturing defect.
4. We are not liable for anything apart from manufacturing defect.
5. Customs charges/duties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
6. Please mention your Order Id / PO# while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order and accept returns.
7. Item should be dispatched via reliable companies like DHL, FEDEX, UPS to ensure the Item returned reaches us with-in 4-5 Days. After this timeline Swastimed is Not Liable for anything.
8. Products that have been modified/ altered or whose original dimensions have been re-casted as per the request of the customer, the product shall not be returned.
9. Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations. * Shipping charges are non-refundable.
